Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped according to stated availability on the product page. All shipping is done via US Postal Service Parcel Mail, US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping and Handling is calculated based on the total dollar value of order. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure you provide us with a street address.
 
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the day of order.  Orders will generally arrive in 2 to 9 business days at most locations from the time of ship date, depending on the chosen shipping method.
 
Keep in mind: Orders may be delivered in separate shipments - in many cases Biolectrix will ship certain order items from its place of manufacture and/or warehouse in order to speed up delivery to our customers.  To check your order's status, please log into your account and click on Review Orders / Track Packages. No tracking numbers will be provided for smaller packages sent via US PS.

 

Items backordered will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped as soon as possible via Standard Delivery at no additional shipping charges to you.


International Shipping

ONLY THE "BIOLECTRIX PROSTATE CUSHION" (BIO-101), "THE BIOLECTRIX DONUT CUSHION" (BIO-104), "THE TRAVEL PROSTATE CUSHION (BIO-105)", SPECIALS (BIO-106) AND WARMING PATCH ACCESSORIES WILL BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.

 

All international shipping is done via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping generally takes between 5 to 10 business days for international destinations. Use in store shipping calculator for shipping costs for UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and other destinations.

 

Important Note:  International customers may be charged VAT taxes, customs duties, or additional custom handling fees depending on the laws of the destination country. Biolectrix LLC is not responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or custom handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect address information

If the information you provide us has incorrect or incomplete address information, we may be charged by the delivering carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) an address correction fee. Examples of incorrect information include missing Apartment or Suite numbers, incorrect zip codes, etc.  We do reserve the right to charge you for these fees.

 

In addition, if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address or if the address you provide us is considered undeliverable, we reserve the right to pass those additional fees along to you. Examples of undeliverable packages include, but are not limited to: orders that have incorrect address information, packages that are refused for any reason when delivery is attempted, packages that aren't delivered in 3 delivery attempts, packages unclaimed at the UPS local office or any other reason out of UPS's control that result in the package being returned to us. Please make sure the addresses are correct, the recipient knows the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages. If a package is shipped to your home address and you ask the carrier to forward it to another address, additional fees may apply. If a package is undeliverable for any reason, it may be shipped back to us by the carrier, and we reserve the right to bill your credit card both for the return shipping and the outbound charges to reship your package.

Return Policy

You may return and exchange items in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, parts and accessories to insure a refund. The returned item is subject to inspection to ensure that the product is in its ORIGINAL CONDITION and any defects or damages, are not due to misuse or unauthorized alterations.

 

To initiate the return please email us at support@biolectrix.com  or call us to set up a return. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number that you need to include with your returned package and provide you the exact return address. All items shipped back to us must have a RA number to be accepted by our receiving department. We will refund the purchase price (product price and any applicable tax) less shipping charges and less a restocking fee of 10% (except for the Prostate Cushon and Discreet Donut Cushion, which have no restocking fee). Biolectrix LLC reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. You can expect a refund within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. We only accept one time exchange and don’t allow another return after we ship out the exchange to you.

 

Please include a copy of your original invoice and the RA number with any return item. If you do not have a receipt make sure you include your Name, Address, and Phone Number, and the name of the person who purchased the item. You can reprint your original receipt by logging into your account on our shopping cart. Look for the "my account/order status" link on our web page www.biolectrix.com. Packages which do not have an RA number will NOT be accepted.

  

 We cannot offer refunds on:

  • Open bottles of vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, etc.
  • Books, videos, or audio tapes
  • Items showing obvious use or damage. If you use a product for a month and then decide you don't want it, or break it, we cannot replace it under a warranty and will not issue a credit or refund for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • We will refuse package's that are in bad condition and torn
  • Due to health code regulations some items - as indicated in the product descriptions - must not be worn if you want exchange or refund.

 

You will be responsible or charged for the return shipping costs. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). Please be sure that all items are properly packaged, with ample packing materials to prevent damage during shipment. You should also insure any packages to be sure that they are not damaged during shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items damaged by the shipper.

 

All clearance items are final sales and not returnable. We reserve the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.
